The project for the developmnet of the roofs of the Post Office aims to constitute a real gardin, capable of connecting the rhythm of the seasons through the variety of settings and to immerse the visitors in a singular atmosphere.
This garden connects the block of the Poste du Louvre with the city using the vocabulary of the planted Parisian courtyards and connects the different functions of the building. The intervention transformes the very mineral character of the quarter, letting a bit of nature into the center of one of the densest areas of Paris.
Subtle work on the plantings and metallic screens alternate the points of view between the offices, the housing, businesses and terraces or guarantee the privacy of the hotel rooms.
The roof terrace offers an exceptional spot for Parisians, open to a remarkable panorama of the center of Paris. The unique setting is nestled in a garden that refers to exoticism, a Parisian tradition in green spaces reminiscent of the orangeries of the 17th and 18th centuries.
The terrace creates new horizons in the center of Paris open over the roofs of the capital.
