To the South East of the Rennes conurbation and near the large axes of traffic, the town of Vern-sur-Seiche wants to develop available housing on its territory. Conscious of the quality and the attractiveness of the landscape on the plateau and in the valley of the Seiche, the councilmen wish to supervise the projects for the development of the town for the coming 15 years.
The plots of land chosen present many bocage hedges that mark the community landscape. Associated with the hydrographic network and the topography, they will be the basis for the urban project.
To respond to a durable development project, the search for quality led the team to develop specific methods to implicate the local actors and create a collective construction of the town through a collaborative workshop.
Based on precise diagnostics, armed with a just and appropriate programmation, the method proposes phases of emergence, convergence and synthesis.
